Noodle Cat Games was founded in 2022 to revolutionize how games are made and studios are run by emphasizing healthy autonomy for our team and more sustainable development processes. By emphasizing player value and prioritizing the quality of work over quantity, we focus on crafting video games more efficiently. We leverage new technologies like AI tools to not replace creatives but assist teams in their work, empowering our teams to achieve more, faster. Led by an ex-Epic founder and CEO who was the lead designer on Fortnite for almost a decade, our gameplay thesis is based on applying the design principles behind Fornite's explosive growth to create a collaborative physics-based action RPG combat in the gameplay loop of a survival craft game.
