In a move that's set to delight gamers, Ubisoft has announced that Xbox owners can now claim free PC copies of select titles they already own digitally on console. This cross-platform bonanza brings the best of both worlds together, allowing players to enjoy their favorite games on either Xbox or PC, all at no additional cost.

The offer includes a range of popular franchises, including Assassin's Creed and Far Cry, with a total of thirteen titles available to claim. What's more, most games will transfer the specific edition and DLC content purchased on console to the PC version, although some in-game currency and one-time-use content may not be included.
