Glowmade and publisher Amazon Games have abandoned plans to bring the party platformer King of Meat to Nintendo Switch. The title has been delisted to prevent further purchases, but players who already own it on PC, Xbox Series X|S and PS5 can continue playing for a limited time.

  • Originally announced for Switch in 2024 with an "early 2026" window, the port will no longer arrive on Nintendo hardware.
  • The game has been removed from digital stores, meaning new buyers can no longer purchase it on any platform.
  • Live servers for Steam, Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 will remain active until 9 April 2026, after which online functionality will be terminated.
  • Current owners are advised to play while servers are still running; details on refunds or future support have not been provided in the announcement.
  • Glowmade and Amazon Games were the teams attached to the project; the developers have not indicated any plans to revive the title or pursue a Switch release through other channels.
