Developer Gameduchy has confirmed that Iron Saga VS, an anime crossover fighting game featuring playable mecha characters, will arrive on PlayStation 5 at some point this year. The announcement follows the game's current availability on PC.
Iron Saga VS is a spinoff of Iron Saga - Epic Robot Battler, the free-to-play mobile title that launched in 2019. Whereas the original focuses on mobile-style progression and gacha mechanics, Iron Saga VS pivots to head-to-head combat with an emphasis on mecha-based fighters drawn from the franchise's roster.
Details remain limited. No firm release date, pricing information or specifics about any PS5-exclusive features have been disclosed by Gameduchy. Further information and a release window are expected ahead of the PS5 launch later this year.
Coverage of the announcement initially appeared on Push Square.
