Blizzard has unveiled the Warlock as a new playable class across multiple Diablo games, with appearances coming to Diablo IV, Diablo II: Resurrected, and Diablo Immortal. The class is live today for Diablo II players and will join Diablo IV when the Lord of Hatred expansion launches in late April, while mobile players can expect it in Diablo Immortal this June.
- Diablo IV — Lord of Hatred: The expansion lands on April 28. Lord of Hatred is priced at $49.99; preorders immediately unlock the Paladin and guarantee access to the Warlock on day one of the expansion.
- Diablo II — Reign of the Warlock: You can play the Warlock in Diablo II: Resurrected right now via the Reign of the Warlock DLC. That add-on is available for $24.99 on Battle.net, or bundled in the Diablo II: Resurrected Infernal Edition for $39.99 on both Battle.net and Steam.
- Diablo Immortal: The Warlock class will be added to Diablo Immortal in June, bringing the dark-sorcery playstyle to Blizzard’s mobile-focused entry in the series.
- Class flavor and reveal: Blizzard released a cinematic introducing the Warlock as a wielder of shadowy arts and forbidden rites—an archetype shaped by hardship and secret knowledge. The trailer presents a version of the Warlock that fits into all three games’ tones rather than tying it to a single story thread.
