Grasshopper Manufacture has released its new title, Romeo Is A Dead Man, on multiple platforms but not on Nintendo hardware — yet. Company head Goichi "Suda51" Suda used a brief Grasshopper Direct broadcast to say the studio is actively pursuing a version tailored for Nintendo's next console, and also teased an additional game planned for 2026.
- Romeo Is A Dead Man launched today on several systems, but Nintendo platforms were omitted from the initial rollout.
- Suda51 addressed the Switch 2 situation in a short five-minute Grasshopper Direct, confirming the team is working toward a Switch 2 release.
- No specific release window or firm confirmation was given, so timing and technical details remain unresolved.
- The studio also mentioned it has another project slated for 2026, suggesting ongoing support and future announcements are coming.
