Xbox has published its sixth Transparency Report, covering the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025, revealing the scale of content moderation across the platform.

The report states that 14.8 billion pieces of Xbox content were proactively moderated throughout the year. Of that total, 2.5% was "identified as containing harmful or policy-violating content", a figure that equates to roughly 368 million pieces.
