Electronic Arts has released The Sims 4's first update of the year, centred on a collaboration with luxury fashion label Coach. The patch introduces a suite of Coach-inspired items for players to use immediately, at no extra cost.

The new content includes fashion and homewares influenced by Coach's aesthetic. The additions are cosmetic in nature and are intended to complement existing wardrobes and builds within the game.

The update is live and rolling out with the latest patch. Players should see the Coach items available in The Sims 4's in-game creation tools after installing the update.

VG247 reported on the collaboration and noted that this is the main focus of the patch, rather than broader gameplay changes. The move continues EA's recent trend of in-game brand partnerships that add free cosmetic content.

Players on all supported platforms are expected to receive the patch as it rolls out; installation through the usual storefront or game client is required to access the new items.
